This proven methodology takes a step-by-step approach to solve problems, explore opportunities for further growth, and offer subject matter experts a common platform to utilize their knowledge.
This one-hour introductory course is tailored exclusively for the automotive aftermarket industry. Tunc Kip, Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Temel Gaskets’ Business Development Manager, will be covering the main concepts from this proven methodology. He will walk through simple examples of how Six Sigma can significantly increase effectiveness across the board within your organization.
